General terms and conditions

1. Scope of application

The present general conditions govern the sales of tourist accommodation and associated services (breakfast, etc.) offered on the site www.ledomainedescascades.fr, by the company Les bijoux de famille SCI, La brocherie 50140 Mortain-Bocage.

Any reservation implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

 

2. Services offered

The website allows you to book online

  • Accommodation (gîtes or rooms)
  • Additional services (breakfast, wellness services, etc.)

Descriptions, photos, prices and availability are provided for information only and may be changed at any time prior to booking.

 

3. Booking

Reservations are made using the secure online form.
It becomes firm and definitive once payment has been confirmed.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you automatically.

The Domaine des Cascades reserves the right to refuse any abnormal or non-compliant reservation.

 

4. Prices and payment

Prices are given in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Payment is made online by credit card via a secure platform.

The total amount (accommodation + ancillary services) is payable at the time of booking.

 

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided for a specific date or period.

All bookings are therefore firm and non-refundable, except in the exceptional cases specified below.

 

6. Cancellation conditions

Cancellation is possible under the following conditions:

  • Up to 14 days before arrival: 100% refund
  • 13 to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund

Cancellation must be notified by e-mail to: jessica.segers95@gmail.com

In the event of a no-show, no refund will be made.

 

7. Change of stay

Any request to change dates or services is subject to the prior agreement of the Domaine des Cascades and to availability.

 

8. Liability

The Domaine des Cascades may not be held liable in the event of :

  • Interruption of website service
  • Damage linked to the use of the Internet network (virus, hacking, etc.)
  • Force majeure (bad weather, natural disasters, etc.)

The customer is responsible for any damage caused in the accommodation during their stay.

 

9. Personal details

The data collected at the time of booking is required to process your order. It is never passed on to third parties without your consent.

10. Disputes and mediation

In the event of a dispute, you can send a complaint to the following address: jessica.segers95@gmail.com

In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may also have free recourse to a consumer mediator.

 

11. Applicable law

These GCS are governed by French law.
Any dispute will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
