This estate is a declaration of love for our town. We love Mortain and we want it to shine. Energizing this magnificent, often overlooked corner, by bringing a high-end offering, is our way of contributing to its renewal. Every detail of our gîtes has been designed to offer an experience that is both comfortable and authentic.

We are Jessica Segers and Valentin Lebrun, a duo passionate about real estate, nature, and the art of hospitality.

Together, we have a simple but strong dream: to create warm and elegant gîtes where everyone feels truly at home, as soon as they cross the threshold. We have owned this estate since 2021. From our very first visit, we saw its potential. Between the renovations, our daily lives, and back-and-forth trips between the mountains and Normandy, we fought to transform this building into an exceptional place.
